- Valid Nativity Certificate issued by the ADM/DM/Tehsildar.
- Character Certificate issued by the Sarpanch / Gazetted Officer.
- No Objection Certificate (in case of Govt servant)from concerned establishment that no disciplinary action is contemplated/pending against the govt servant &they have no objection in releasing the individual in case of his/her selection.
- Army Discharge Certificate (for Ex-Servicemen candidates only).
- One self-addressed envelope duly affixed with postal stamp of Rs 25/– in which

Selection Process
- Written Exam: Applicants for the positions of Lower Division Clerk, Hindi Typist, or Driver will be required to take a written exam. The official date for this exam has not yet been announced, but it is widely anticipated to be held in September or October 2024.
- Skill, Practical, or Physical Test: Those who pass the written exam will be invited to participate in a Skill, Practical, or Physical Test, if applicable. This test is expected to occur within six weeks after the written exam results are released
