Tradesman Mate

Physical Endurance Test:

1.5 Km run in 6 mins

Carrying a weight 50 Kg to a distance of 200 mitres in 100 secs.

For ESM (Below 40 years):

1.5 Km run in 7 mins 11 secs

Carrying a weight 50 Kg to a distance of 200 mitres in 2 minute (120 secs).

For ESM (40-45 years):

1.5 Km run in 7 mins 48 secs

Carrying a weight 50 Kg to a distance of 200 mitres in 2 minute 10 secs.

For ESM (Above 45 years):

1.5 Km run in 9 mins 22 secs

Carrying a weight 50 Kg to a distance of 200 mitres in 2 minute 40 secs.

For Female Candidate:

1.5 Km run in 8 mins 26 secs

Carrying a weight 50 Kg to a distance of 200 mitres in 3 minute 45 secs.

Fireman:

Physical Measurements (Qualifying):

Height without shoes: 165 cms

Chest (unexpanded): 81.5 cms

Chest (expended): 85 cms

weight (minimum): 50 Kg

Physical Endurance Test

1.6 Km Run

Candidates other than EWM/ Female candidates- 6 Min.

Female Candidates- 8 Min. 26 Secs

ESM Candidate

Below 40 years- 7 Min. 11 Secs

Between 40-45 years- 7 Min. 48 Secs

Above 45 years- 9 Min. 22 Secs

Carrying a person of 63.5 Kg to a Distance of 183 meters within 96 Secs

Clearing 2.7 meters wide ditch landing on both feet (long jump)

Climbing 3 meter vertical rope using hands and feet.
