Bihar Block ABF Recruitment 2024 (Education Qualification)
Aspirational Block Fellow (ABF):-
(i) Post Graduate in any discipline form a reputed institution
(ii) Should possess excellent date analysis and presentation skills.
(iii) Should be conversant with the use of social media.
(iv) Should possess Project Management skills.
(v) Minimum 2 years working/internship with Development organizations.
(vi) Self-driven with good communication skills.
(vii) Knowing thi local language of the respective Aspirational Block is a requiremnt for all aspirational blocks fellows.
Note :- Preference will be given to candidates who have completed their higher education in the development/rural stream.
Age Limit:-21 To 55 years.
What Is Role Of Bihar Block ABF Recruitment 2024-
The Aspirational Block Fellows will be positioned as critical link between the Block level officials and NITI
Aayog. Their primary responsibilities will include :
1) Collaborating with Block level officials to design and execute development strategies aligned with ABF thematic.
2) Conducting regular field visits to assess project implementation, address challenges, and collect ground-level insights.
3) Analyzing data and providing evidence- based recommendations to BLOs, District Level Officials to optimize developmental initiatives.
4) Organizing workshops, awareness carmpaigns, and skill-building programs to empower the local community.
5) Keeping States and NITI abreast with the issues, challenges and need for support.
Bihar ABF Recruitment 2024- Selection process
Selection on the basis of two stages criteria in the following ways :
The selection of Aspirational Blocks Fellows will be done on the basis of Personal Interview.
The entire process will be undertaken by a high level committee headed by the District
Magistrate.
