India Post Driver Recruitment 2025: Qualification
Deputation/Absorption of the officials in the Department of Posts :-
- From amongst the regular Dispatch Rider (Group c) and Group c ernployees i, pay Band – 1, Rs’5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs.1800 (Level 1 in the pay Matrix as per 7th Cpc) in the Department of Posts who possess valid Driving Licence for light and heavy Motor vehicles and or-r the basis of a Driving test to assess the cornpetence to drive light and heavy Motor vehicle.
Other Ministries of the Central Government and Armed Forces Personnel :-
- From officials holding the post of Dispatch Rider on regular basis or regular Group C ernployees in pay Band – 1, Rs.5200 -2)z}Owith Grade Pay of Rs.1800 (Level 1 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC) who fulfil the necessary qualifications prescribed as under:
(i) Possession of a valid Driving Licence for light and heavy motor vehicles;
(ii) Knowledge of Motor mechanism (The candidate should be able to remove minor defects in vehicle);
(iii) Experience of Driving Light and Heavy motor vehicle for at least three yearsl
(iv) Pass in 10th Standard from a. recognized Board or Institute’
For Ex-servicemen :-
- The Armed Forces Personnel due to retire or who are to be transferred to reserve within a period of one year and having the requisite experience and qualifications prescribed shall also be considered. Such persons would be given deputation terms up to the date on which they are due for release from the Armed Forces; thereafter they may be continued on re-employment.

The maximum age lirnit for appointment by deputation/ absorption shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
India Post Driver Recruitment 2025: आवेदन प्रक्रिया
आवेदन पत्र (दो प्रतियों में) केवल निर्धारित प्रारूप (अनुलग्नक-I) में, पात्र उम्मीदवारों के, जिनकी सेवाएं चयन के पश्चात तत्काल मुक्त की जा सकती हैं, अग्रेषण प्राधिकारी से प्रमाण पत्र (अनुलग्नक II में) के साथ निम्नलिखित दस्तावेजों के साथ:
ईमानदारी प्रमाण पत्र
पिछले 10 वर्षों के दौरान अधिकारी पर लगाए गए प्रमुख/लघु दंडों की सूची, यदि कोई हो; (यदि कोई दंड नहीं लगाया गया है तो “शून्य” प्रमाण पत्र संलग्न किया जाना चाहिए)
सतर्कता मंजूरी प्रमाण पत्र। पिछले पांच वर्षों (2018-19 से 2022-23) के लिए APAR की सत्यापित फोटोकॉपी, प्रत्येक पृष्ठ पर राजपत्रित अधिकारी (जहां भी लागू हो) द्वारा सत्यापित
योग्यता और अनुभव के प्रासंगिक समर्थन के साथ अनुलग्नक के अंत में उल्लिखित आवश्यक दस्तावेज, 08.02.2025 के 17.00 बजे या उससे पहले ’60lo वरिष्ठ प्रबंधक, मेल मोटर सेवा, नंबर 37, ग्रीम्स रोड, चेन्नई – 600 006′ को भेजे जा सकते हैं। उचित माध्यम से अग्रेषित नहीं किए गए आवेदन या अपेक्षित प्रमाणपत्रों और आवश्यक दस्तावेजों के बिना प्राप्त आवेदनों पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा.
पद के लिए आवेदन करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को बाद में अपने उम्मीदवारों को वापस लेने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी.
