Bihar Block ABF Bharti 2024: Education Qualification
Aspirational Block Fellow (सिवान):
- Postgraduate in any discipline from a reputed institution.
- Should possess excellent data analysis and presentation skills.
- Should be conversant with the use of social media.
- Should possess Project management skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of Work experience with govemment/ Development Organization.
- Self-driven with good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in English and Hindi, Proficient in local language of the respective Aspirational Block will be an added advantage for Aspirational Block Fellow.
Note- Preference will be given to candidates who have completed their higher education in Rural Development/Rural Stream
Aspirational Block Fellow (मधेपुरा):
- Post Graduate in any discipline from a reputed institution.
- Should Possess date analysis and Presentation skills.
- Should be conversant with use of social media.
- Should Possess project Management skills.
- Experience of working/internship with a Development Organization.
- Self-driven with good communication skills.
- Knowing the local language of the respective Aspirational Block as a requirement for Aspirational Blocks Fellow.
Note: Preference will be given to candidates who have completed their higher education in the development/ rural stream.

- Maximum age limit: 40 years.
